Second teaser of the day!

While the construction on this new tollbooth wasn't finished yet, the Council decided to open it up already, for easy cash. Ofcourse, both construction and tollbooths cause traffic backups, and, well, this one combines both, there's even a rescue crowd stuck in it.

Nice work here Casper. The teaser pic is great. I really like the way the curve in the street sets off that area of houses between it and the avenue. 498 down, two to go. I'll be curious to see who picks up number 500.
