Thank you, everyone, for the awesome support that you have given me, in order to reach this great milestone. I'm am astonished by this feat, and I hope Casper's Portfolio, and espessially Highsbury, will last for a long time from now.


Thank you so much, Matt (threestooges) for the support you have given me. Your replies here are always very thorough and constructively criticized. I am pleased to offer you this medal/banner, you truly deserve it. You have already earned a large plot of land a few updates back, and I'm working on giving you some overview shots.


Congratulations on being the 499th replier, Maarten (mrtnrln). You have continuously supported Casper's Portfolio, and one of the most active repliers in it. A surprise is coming up for you...


What a feat, Arthur (art128). While you may not have noticed, but a few updates back, I already announced your surprise, it was the easter egg I hid inside it. It said: "an Art Museum will be built on Main Street 128". Well, the construction has almost finished on it. You certainly deserve this medal, as, while you aren't only the 500th replier, you are also the most replying person in Casper's Portfolio, and that is highly appreciated.

Of course, people, while I would like to thank everyone who ever replied in Casper's Portfolio, this is not possible; but please, bear in mind that every time I see someone who enjoyed reading my MD, the latest update, or a teaser, my adrenaline jumps up. And yes, of course, it feels awesome to see that I have had 92 replies in the last week, but still, I get so much more pleasure out of pressing that "Post" button when I have entered a teaser or an update, or reading every of your replies. Seeing you enjoy the cities that I create is, and I've said it before, the climax of keeping up this Mayor Diary.

threestooges: Thank you; all land property is automatically given to the council when it's owner dies, and if a house is built on a plot larger then 3000 sq metres, only all the land maximum 50 metres away from the house itself belongs to the successors of the owner. I have included an overview shot of your plot with this update, have fun!
mrtnrln: Thanks, and, yes you are seeing an avenue intersection with OWR, but as far as I know, I think that has been a functionality for a long time. I would prefer it if you would edit the teasers away from your latest post, however, since they might just take up a little to much bandwidth for some viewers (and if they want to see it, they can just turn a few pages back  )

nova vesfalo: Rebuilding is indeed a very interesting thing. While I rebuild Highsbury Center, I found many things that I haven't done, or would never have done in the later quads, and sometimes vice-versa.

Typical Highsburian suburbs, with the, nowadays commonly seen, GLR running through it.


More housing near a mall and a police station.


Wealthy people prefer to live near a sport venue. There is plans to build a large, new stadium here.


Another view at the Sheep Concert Hall, with quite a crowd queueing for tickets...


Big venues need big parkings. In case there wouldn't be such large amount of mass transit near the Sheep Concert hall, a parking the size of 25 football pitches is estimated to be required.


Wealthy and middle-class dwellers near one of the prefabricated community-centers.


Doubletree Hotel near a small artificial lake.


Highsburians near a somewhat aged roundabout. There is plans to erect a new GLR line here.


GLR near a large hospital and another community center.


A fairly regular view in Highsbury, housing and avenues...


GLR, Avenues & Suburbs once again.


And to end today's update, here's a view of Matt's Plot. As you can see, there is a small strip mall, along with a hotel near a local power plant (which I never intended to show you all ) and some

higher density housing. Furthermore, on the left there is a small parking, and more housing. A GLR-in-Avenue is planned through the avenue that runs through your plot, but perhaps a different

concept can be found. A few hundred metres down from your plot is the city borders.

I hope you have all enjoyed this update, and, once again, thank you all for giving Casper's Portfolio this awesome support.
