ARGH!!! Beaten by two minutes, and then Nardo manages to beat me when I go to vote.

However, that downtown pic is GREAT!! So I'm voting for Moshi

I know it is against the rules for a participant to vote, but I would like to point out that Northern Suburbia is not Lerist's, it is mine. Please fix this misnaming.

Don't worry Patricius, there no problem with pointing that out. Again, the glr sticks out a bit as I have mentioned before, but otherwise the pic seems to have a nice combination of things (sunken highway, SAM streets, etc). Moshi's "Downtown" looks good. A good use of diagonals, a nice selection fo buildings, and I like the inclusion of the construction area too. It gives a sense of time/development to the pic. However, the one thing I keep noticing is that elevated rail track that passes through the building. It doesn't appear to exit on the other side. While it could be a visual trick caused by the angle, and I think that building might be a station, it is still strange, and takes away from the pic a bit (for me at least). Otherwise, well done. My vote goes to Patricius Maximus.

patricius maximus, nice picture, but the jagged GLR is really an eye sore for me.  Other thatn that, fantastic rural picture.
Moshi, great city layout, great use of diagonal buildings.  Although I'm not a huge fan of that much El rail and the one line line ends in that narrow building seems a little strange.

I am also going to vote for Moshi.

Two spectacular pictures from two talented members .
Moshis picture has got to be one of the most realistic downtowns I have seen in Sim City 4, I love the usage of the diagonals BATs and characteristic skyscrapers. The elevated rail is an interesting addition to the city as it livens up the scape more, even though there isn't much activity on the roads and pathways... However one thing that does bug me is the elevated rail goes in to a arch way in the building, but I cant see any where it continues, unless it is the end of the route and it is mean to be a station, then brilliant!
Now, onto Nerdly_doods picture, the shot is awesome, theres lots of cars which add activity, and the realistic houses stand out. I also think that the fire station on the top of the hill gives it more character. However, two things that bug me are 1) - the bumpiness of the avenue, I know you cant help the terrain, but maybe downloading the SLOPEMod from SimTropolis will help and 2) - the house at the bottom/centre is surrounded by cliffs!

Well, it appears that I won a round with my first picture -- I would consider that an achievement worth noting. Anyway, I respect the community's decision and now we're moving on.

I vote for nerdly_dood. It is a talented person that can use at-grade junctions on an RHW and still make it look good.
