This is my effert of a totaly interactive journal where the story is controled by you. You can own houses and buissneses choose you're relationships and have fun  at all of Dan's or the towns facilities such as Dan's pool, Pit Theater, Forester Sports bar and billiards, Club Cosway, The library, the park, Dan's lounge and other facilities and etc. You can also decide on community events if you're in the community council and create laws or you can be a visitor camping or staying in Dan's place.

Realestate: You pick a lot and a wealth and I'll zone it or ask me to design you a custom house like mine ...
For buissneses just pic a lot and a name and I'll either plop or grow you're shop. If only a brand tell me the name and if a farm tell me and I'll grow you one.

This is a nice concept.  [takes advantage  ]  I think I'll go first.

I'd like to be a city planner working for whatever the government is going to be.  I prefer to live in a small house or apartment close to the city center.  I don't have a preference of an exact building to use and it doesn't matter if it's Maxis or custom.

He has moved here seaking a more peacful lifestyle than he did in Brazil in the big cities. He is single right now but is feeling lonely with only Marshall and Sum as his friends that support him. He has fun with Marshall and Sum at the Sports Bar, At Dan's place and x country skiing although Sum alway's brings his rifel with him wich scares him sometimes but Sum alway's makes Lucases fear into jokes wich somtimes makes Lucas angry .. but only somtimes. While Marshall Owns The Float Plane company and although he doesn't have 20 20 vision he can still fly amazingly well although he has a bad habbit of getting drunk and Lucas has to carry him home alone because Sum is too buissy flirting with girls. Marshall loves the wilderness and alway's loves hiking. George Bruc is yet to make friends but usualy keeps to himself and his adopted son joe a 7 year old boy and they both like hanging out in dangerouse places and are mischeviose somtimes as explained by farmer ben who sees them regularily playing cards in the middle of his farmfield.

This is a good idea.
I want a house close to that small lake, as long as it's a single family home. As for my job, I want to work at Wal-Mart Ed's Diner, as an $$ sim. If you can't fit it in, I'm fine with the movie theater.

As for grammar, spelling and clarity in the writing, that can be improved.  That aside...

the story's funny to me because it's not what I'm like in RL  .  It gave me a good laugh by reading how I interact with all the other people.  Now, now, it's only a .50 caliber... and besides, you'd never know when a landfill or cemetary is gonna get built (gotta get those seagulls and zombies!)

Sumwonyuno: It was 11:34 when I finished that and my dad was getting angry because I wasn't coming up stairs fast enough so I was rushed. As for RL I don't know you in RL and this is a character  . Well I actualy am a comediun but not a very good speller even though english is my first language. seaguls yes , zombies ... I'd rather not think about it.

I'd like to move in as a $$ resident, preferably on a 1x2 C.P. lot. I'd like to own Jason's Train Shop, a small $$ business in downtown, maybe using one of the buildings from the "Small Town Pack"?

Wow...what an idea! Combining both A mayor diary and a small town built by collaborrating, real life people! Awesome concept! 
Being a total newbie, maybe I should take time to settle, but this looks like an awseome opprotunity to establish myself an dget to know a bit of the community!
I 'll move in as $$$. A small, green, one sim home, but nice and contemporary. Lots of glass. And, if possible, with two mini-wind turbines and solar panels! If I can power myself, awesome! If not, it'll be good eye candy. If I can choose, I'd like the lot next to the small pond. I'd like to work as a Mass Transit advisor, And also work at Jasons!

I sound like Meadows and Herds (or Heards, whichever) crossed with a Hyperactive 11-year-old. That being said, I am the latter.

info: Dan's place was the first structure in the town in 1923 and has been modernized durring the 50's, 80's and recently in 2006. It has a large property wich consists of a campsite, tennis courts, a public pool, a lake, an exclusive pool for guests and customers only, hiking trails and afew park nooks like gazebos etc. Dan's is one of the most popular places in the town with many bars, lounges, billiards, bars, and even a spa and tiny casino.

Every night a new special show is played. 8:00-8:30 kids shows, 8:30-9:30 Adventure and Drama stories, 9:30-10:00 Documenteries.
