That is a lovely mosiac Nikopol!
Excellent farms and small town.
Very good use of controlling the dirt streets and paved streets.
It's diffucult to keep the areas dirt rather than paved, where you want them.

Hello Nikopol – Just above the farmers market is a grassy area with some paths, trees, drums, and crates.  Is this a custom lot – what is its function?  A farmer's market extension or County Fair perhaps? The lot has given me an idea.  I placed a link to that picture into my "gmax ideas" folder. Thanks.

It's not proper game power lines dragged over the buildings, they are eyecandy lots/props that you can find somewhere at the STEX/Simtropolis. I've used them in my Nuclear Power Plant Lot but I can't recall from where I got them. It should be in one of the packs on my dependencies list for that lot.
