Sorry I had no biccies earlier $%Grinno$%

Coming from Ireland when farming/rural areas tend to follow the lie of the land and also how labour intensive it is clearing the land most of my rural areas try to reflect that, rather than the type of farming used elsewhere in the world.

I am sure i can find some gems elsewhre in the region ;)

Exceptional rural pics everyone.
-Tea Cat, I wanted to comment on your in particular. I reall ylike the effect you haver achieved in the 4th pic (and others as well) with the winding streets. It looks as though that was done with tht ehelp of the diagonal streets mod, but they look so smooth. Was there a particualr trick you used or did it just turn out that way?

-Travis, you have done a very nice job in the composition of your pic (I think I saw it in the photo competition thread). Very natural.

-Vario80, You've done a nice job i maintaining a regional theme. It adds a plesant touch of realism to add a backstory to the work. It looks good. Are the trees along the streets seasonal? If not, I think there are a few out there, and a pic of that scene in fall (or winter) would look stunning.

Thank you kindly my good fellow.  ;)

Yes I use the NAM which is just an essential and it helps to get the curves. Its is literally laying the tiles to get the general layout and joining them up, bulldzoing and rebuilding till its right. I then add the side streets off the curves. throw in some flower gardens and playground, et voila 1 nice little estate that overtime and if conditions are right develops.

As an aside if the sims want a nice little gated community then they can pay for it :D
