are you running XP?  then you can go back to a restore point before you downloaded everything that should work...  Or unless you have nothing in plugins that you want or need anymore just dump the folder...

I have a question. When I download the Building Dependencies (the essentials listed in the readmes for each download), do I have to install the SC4LOT file as well, or will just installing the model suffice?

You only need the sc4model file (or the model dat) for the model list. For this list you need to keep all the files.

I've been playing with the CAM for about two weeks now and I think it's super. For the first time I have a coherence to all my plugins for simcity, and it's just great. All I need now are some high capacity rail stations...

I have a problem with brown boxes though. There are three buildings that give me brown boxes even though I have installed all dependencies for those buildings. It is the:

IM 4 Acme Pencil Factory - from the CAM Industrials.zip in the "Install_CAM_IM45_BSC.zip" file
IM 4 Acme Oil Additives - from the CAM Industrials.zip in the "Install_CAM_ID_47_BSC.zip" file
Wisconsin Gas - from the CAM CO$$.zip in the "Install_CAM_CO$$_811_BSC.zip" file

I've checked and double checked the dependencies mentioned in the readme files and installed all of them, yet the brown boxes don't go away. Can anyone tell me what model files are connected to these in-game buildings?

If you get brown boxes, you're missing the bat model file.

Hello there! First of all, thank you very much for all the work and effort put into this! I truly appreciate it!

I have not, as of yet, used the CAM, but I have installed all the necessary files (or at least, I think so).

I just want to make sure before I start using it about the dependencies.

The Cleanitol (TM) file says that I need models that aren't used in the installers that I have downloaded and installed. Such as the DMScopio MEGA Props. I have downloaded ALL the models listed in the Cleanitol file, regardless of having a lot for it or not.

I just want to now if they are used, firstly, (like a few of O'Neil's Condos) and if not (yet), if they'll be used at a later stage?

(I also don't understand why the DMScopio Stadiums are listed as dependencies for CAM.)

Buildings that are included in the MEGA packs will most likely be used in future CAMeLots (Barby's workload permitting).
Stadiums can in fact become CS CAMeLots!

Of course when wou's new magic tool is available anyone can make CAMelots. And I would be delighted if people do and put them into the Candidacy thread so they can get their own upload rights - if they haven't already.

Not search the universe, but you will have to do some extensive travelling. ALL of the dependencies are linked here -> Click! And it is quite an exhaustive list.

But I believe it is well worth the effort.

Star.Torturer once started making such a Cleanitol list, but I never finished it myself and never got it uploaded.
