Its a program by JeanLucPicard2 to manage your plugins to separate cities within your region.

My plugins folder is 1.43 GB, but that's when it's datpacked (all of my plugins are datpacked except for the NAM and some modifications). So it's big, but not insanely big. I believe most of my stuff is either NDEX or SimGoober's.

Last week, I had to recover my laptop due to a random virus, returning it to its factory settings and wiping out everything extra. :'( Lately, my main project has been to redownload most everything that was in my Plugins folder and organize it better (previously I had just been tossing everything I got in there, now I place lots, mods, and dependencies in separate folders). Right now, I have regained 1.67 Mb of it all with 2,603 files in 629 folders. I'm not sure how much I previously had.

QuoteWhat video card do you have, SA?

I have an ATI X1650 Pro. Unfortunately due to game limitations (ie. the game doesn't like the drivers), it's laggy when you get up close and personal.
