Haha I downloaded that exact building and had planned to do something with it (Put it in a roundabout). What colour do you plan to make it? I have a lovely yellow plaster texture that I thought looked good on it. Thing with stuff of turbosquid is I can just imagine loads of people saying LOLOLOLO ITS NOT YUORS THATS STEALING!!!11!1
I'm sure noone will have that kind of reaction here though  ;D
I find that alcohol, taken in sufficient quantities, can bring about all the effects of drunkenness.

Thanks all, I'm glad you like it. ;D  Moving along, I've been trying a few textures, (although none have tripped my trigger yet) and added a little roof junk.  The gray cylinder you see in the middle is a placeholder for a revolving door I'm making as a separate mesh.   I'll merge it in when done.  I've never tried glass in glass before, so we'll see how it goes.  Anyway here's a progress pic.  Cheers!

The revolving door that extends the glass part that is already round looks a bit odd. Maybe it should be placed in such a way that it doesn't extend beyond the glass part, but just touches it, with the rest placed inside the glass "tube"?

OK, I've uploaded an update to the CalFame lot.  I meant to do this earlier, but it got past me. :P  This is due to WalkingSnake updating his parking lot textures.  Cheers!

So...it's been a bit, but I've been busy. :D  However, I did manage to finish some buildings, inspired by a building set from a friend's model railroad, and started a basic lot.  Here's an in-game test pic of Empire Leather Works.  It'll be an ID lot with 247 jobs.  Cheers!

This is a great looking BAT.  It's funny, now that I'm using LE and working on industrial lots, I'm always looking at what other kinds of lots I could make.   ???  But this lot needs no changes.....

First off, Owosso looks great!  Thanks for another masterpiece!  &apls Your latest project is pretty cool, that's one good looking industrial factory.  Nice use of those billboards and the water tower.  :thumbsup:

The leather works looks like it's shaping up to be a great lot, but what brings me here tonight is compliment you on the job you did lotting JBSimio's grain elevator. That will be a spiffy lot to have in game.

Thanks, I'm glad ya'll like it.  Even more so, as it's now in testing, along with its attendant prop pack. ;D  Here's a couple of in-game pics.  Growable first, then ploppable.  The plop is TE'd for freight truck and rail, as usual. :P  Cheers!
