emgmod: Well this is mostly a democracy and more than half voted generaly public + its better for the poor who need urgent treatment too. Better life expectancies etc but there are privately owned facilities as well just they're not as prevelent.

City center has expanded and construction on the new state govornment center has begun. Excitment in the community stirs as the new downtown aria has begun to take shape.

Our beloved home team the everests won 7-5 in a game against the Torrington beach thunders in an exciting game! First period it seems we were down on our luck but second period Darwin Wilson came on the field as a distinguished quarterback and ended our game in sweet victory.

The healthcare system has now been finalized as Advanced public. The taxes have been raised but some wanting private has led to the development of smaller less prevelent private clinics.

Looking nice. Ironically, I'm going to complain about your beach. I think you should have exited to the Region and re-entered the city before taking that picture, since the water has disappeared from above the lot. For me, that was one of the reasons I decided to use mayor mode flora plop beaches. But anyway, other than that its a nice picture. Also the fact that your waves look the way they do, is a little distracting. I don't know how or if that can be rectified, however.

Oh, to hell with it, one more little whinge. I also think (in my opinion only) that you should get a slope mod, since your streets look very, very steep.

What I do like in particular, is the Blue apartment, to the centre-right of the picture, as well as the small block directly above it in the picture. Lots of nice trees in that picture.

I was going to say something about possibly missing a dependency for the hospital, and the artifacts on the waves (why it looks messed up), but everyone beat me to it.  I looked back, and there's another picture that I'm reminded of, that has artifacts on the Maxis container ship as well.  It probably has to do with your video card or graphics settings.

Condos are poping up like no tomorrow now that were running out of land. So I thought I would display the new ones incase you would like to purchase one.

The Maple Bay boardwalk project was a costly but much in demand project. The town is a coastal town but has no beaches wich both confused and eiritated people. This project has caused high end condos to pop up around the aria and lots of the residents enjoy relaxing and walking along the water and the beach is just plain fun.

Sams snack shack is a new local sensation with many quality snacks at affordable prices. it will get you craving more I can tell you that much.

I thought I'd show you some of our towns industries. These places don't only bring jobs and goods to the town but money in land and export taxes. I mean why not make our own stuff instead of paying all those hastey inport fees?
