Nice houses - I am using & enjoying your recentest STEX uploads. It's interesting to see American houses, their look and proportions differ from what was built around here at that time. Gief office building soon - oh, and a building like that would fit in well in downtown Bremen or Hamburg.

Also might as well show off something I just started messing around with.........

UPDATE: Now you may be able to see what It's going to be.

This is going to be the Jeg's Arena. Jeg's is a Midwestern Automotive store that specializes in performance enhancing equipment for vehicles. As you can see, I was going for a look of an old arena with modern updates. I am going to say that the original Arena was built in the early 1960's due to the trim and architecture I put in there.

Sort of ran out of ideas of what to do with the Arena so I decided to start a new building.

This will be a close replication of the Union Arcade Building in Davenport, Iowa. Hopefully I will finish this one before starting on a new building, lol.

The Union Arcade Building looks really nice, the people working there must have big headaches because of the floor pattern tho

It reminds me a bit of Vegas style carpeting.

The building as a whole is looking pretty good, as is the arena, and the auto insurance building. With the wall setup as it is on the current one I'll be interested to see how lighting it turns out.

Unfortunately I have bad news about the Union Arcade Building. I started modeling it in gmax and the thing has just gotten so big that, along with the memory usage of gmax, has made it nearly impossible to work on. Shame since I was nearly finished with the model

The interior lighting is almost done on this one, but I have a lighting bug

I have no clue where the light is coming from. There isn't a gap there, I have tried different parameters and lighting rigs. I have had this problem and fixed it before, but this one just won't go away. Any help?

EDIT: Fixed it, just moved the lighting rig lower below that error point and the problem went away. Odd.
