I think you mean this picture, for which the awnser would be very straightforward. Every single building (except for the canal) visible in that picture has been created by c.p., and can be found here (R-§ - LEX), here (R-§§ - LEX) and here (Tenements - LEX)

I missed enough teasers to make a whole update out of it.  Nice use of B&W and old world effects.  The pics look great as always.

Loving the photo editing on these pics, they have a classical and elegant feel to them. And the city building isn't half-bad, either  !
