Looks great! I love the area around the Regal Theater and the sunken plazas look great too. What is that building on the top right in the first shot?

Good luck with the day 'n' night mod. I absolutely love it but didn't realize it was that difficult to transition to. I started using it with my most recent city from the start so I never realized you had to re-plop everything.

There are 3 buildings on the top right of the first picture. 2 of them are from goofyguytpa --> http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?p=files&q=goofyguytpa&keyword=goofyguytpa&view=all , the grey one is the "bank of nova scotia" by spa --> http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=21216

Sorry for the lack of updates in the last few weeks, I was on vacation for two weeks, snowboarding in St.Moritz (CH). :)

But now let's move on here with some Simcity pictures. ;)
Today we're going to pay a short visit on Onix, a small suburb of New Memphis.

1.

A small park in the suburbs

2.

A typical mid-wealth-nieghbourhood

3.

4.

5.

6.

There are also a few low-wealth apartment buildings in Onix, along the main-avenue.

7.

Lots of industry along the avenue, because we're heading towards the port.

Wonderful american suburbs

I am extremely jealous of where you went snowboarding! I prefer skiing myself though.  ()stsfd()

Very nice picture. Looks like a very pleasant suburb to live in. Keep up the great work!

Snowboarding? I don't remember the last time I went snowboarding, I just remember waking up in a hospital bed one day. But that's another story for another time. Anyway, your suburbs are still top notch, keep it up!

Jayster: Thanks, I'm skiing aswell, but since it's very difficult to transport two skiis and a snowboard I decided to go with the snowboard for this vacation. :)

i_love-lamp: uuh that's sounds bad, luckily nobody got hurt during my vacation.

I don't know if I already told you once, but I reabuilt the hole downtown-map. I didn't really like it before, the downtown itself was quite nice but the surroundings weren't. I spent half an eternity on this map, especially because I set every single buildings that grew under "monument protection" (I hope it's called so in the english version). This map alone has about 900.000 inhabitants on it, the hole New Memphis metropolitan area is now over 1.5 Mio.

For today I have to pictures prepared for you, a huge overview (which is sadly way to big to show here directly  :P ) and an overview of the norther part of the new port.

Your downtown is astounding, is it on a medium tile?
